Awards Presentation Ceremony (APC)

YAY! heya all! :D

today has been AWESOME! XD

i went for the Awards Presentation Ceremony, and lol i was the colour escort ^^
well it started out well as we tried on our ankelts and poor martin couldnt find the right size (u gt wht i mean XD).

haha after that we got onto Mr Lee's car to head for ACJC for the ceremony rehearsals. The marching in and all that was actually surprisingly slack XD. well, it was very important for those few steps to be picture perfect anyways since EVERYONE would be staring at u later lolol. And yea we started with the indoor portion. the outdoor parade was rather confusing at first but after a while we got the hang of it and as usual it was awesome :D

so we had lunch, we talked we had fun and yea, it was great having both phoon and martin with me! (as enzymes XD) i'm sure i would not have enjoyed my colour party experience the same without those 2 XD. we had such a great time!

Soon, the real thing came and as usual, the GOH was late lor..haiz had to stand down there in full ceremonials (super hot leh! haha) got gloves and anklets somemore trap heat like a thermos flask! hmmm they should include (the "Boys' Brigade Full ceremonials uniform") that as an example of heat conservation in that chapter of physics XD

For the indoor portion, i remember i made one or two weird, as in jerky movements that may have been noticeable but other than that, i think i did rather ok overall :D haha yay! anyways really thankful for this opportunity, as i dont think i might ever get a chance anywhere else to do it anymore. :)

After marching in the colours (in slow march), we proceeded to join the rest of us at the CPA circle seats for the ceremony, and i remember we 3 of us lauging crazily many times at certain names XD (e.g. S-Word dunno dunno what church). Like wtp haha wht kind of name is tht lol.)

Ok, yea soon after we marched out the colours and then proceeded for the reception (anklets=eclairs XD). I then had a lift home from Mr Ian Goh and so concluded my first and probably my only flag escort experience :D
